Is the clinic
accessible to minors?

Yes.However, consent of his/her guardian must be presented at the time of the minor’s visit.Please click “For minors” on the page of “For patients who visit us the first time”, download and print the consent form.

If the minor only comes for counseling,
is the guardian’s consent form required?

For those who under the age of 18, high school students must be accompanied by parents and college students or employed ones shall bring the consent form completed by parents.As it may vary slightly depending on the desired treatment, please contact us by email or phone for more details.

As this is my first-time visit to the clinic,
how many minutes earlier than the reservation time should I go?

Please arrive at the hospital 15 minutes prior to the reservation time.Please fill in the check-up sheet with contents of the consultation form and other necessary items in order to create medical record and medical voucher.
Please note that if you arrive at the clinic later than the reservation time, procedure appointed may not be available or time may be shortened.

How can I change or cancel
the reservation time?

To change or cancel your reservation, please contact us before 17:00 one business day prior to the reservation date.Please note that rest days, New Year Holidays, etc. will not be counted into business days.You can also cancel your reservation by email (support@granpro-clinic.com)for relevant consultation.Please call us within business hours for change in reservation date and time.

If you make changes or cancellation on the reservation date or one day prior to it (or the most recent business day before a rest day) without contacting us in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee.Please understand that this is to ensure a smooth reservation for more people.

In addition, in the case of a visit later than the reservation time, the treatment time may be shortened.Please note that the above cancellation rules will be applied if you are too late to change the content or shorten the time.

In addition, we will not contact you to confirm your reservation, so please attention your time.

I am currently undergoing treatment in another clinic.Can I still receive any treatment here?

Is there anything I need to pay
attention to my diet before and after treatment?

For patients undergoing nutritional therapy analysis and hormone comprehensive examination, please finish your meal at least 3 hours in advance.In addition, please avoid intense exercise or heavy drinking after drip or injection.

How long will
the treatment take?

The consultation and treatment time will vary depending on the patient’s consultation, but the clinic has arranged a consultation time of about 20 to 30 minutes for first-visit patients.On the basis of the treatment guideline made by the doctor, the treatment can be performed after the patient confirms the quotation and completes the consent form.

It would take 1~2 hours from the visit to us to the return. Depending on the consultation, time may be longer than scheduled. Please arrange sufficient time.Although the clinic has adopted a reservation system, it may take time to wait depending on the examination and the content of treatment.

Is there anything required
if I am introduced to the clinic?

For patients who want to make a reservation, please inform us of your preferred date and time through the introducer.Our staff will then contact you directly.

Is there a parking lot?
　

Since there is no cooperative parking lot for our clinic, please park your car in the nearby parking lot with timed charges.
