Treatment Process

Step.1 Counseling

First, we listen carefully to the needs of our patients.Then, our doctors will explain the purpose, treatment content, safety, risk and other aspects of the regenerative medicine.and diagnose the condition of patients.

Step.2 Advance Detection (Infectious Disease Detection)

Blood collection will be conducted with the consent of patients.Blood tests are taken to detect infection with specific viruses or bacteria.Only patients whose test results show that there are no problems can receive this therapy.

Step.3 Fat Collection

To prevent bacterial infection, the collection will be performed in a clean and controlled operation room.The collection is conducted by cutting off or aspirating the subcutaneous fat.Local anesthesia will be performed in this step so the patient will not feel any pain.

Step.4 Stem Cell Culture

The collected fat samples will be immediately sent to a cell culture and processing agency cooperating with us for testing. If there is no problem with the test results, the cell culture will begin.※The cell culture and processing are performed in a biological safety cabinet of a clean room under positive pressure management.
※If we are informed that fat culture cannot be performed, we will collect fat from the patient again.

Cell Culture

The collected fat is aseptically processed.After the fat-derived stem cells are separated from the fat through enzymes, they will be cultured for 2 to 3 weeks until the cell number in the culture container for treatment reaches the optimal one (about 200 million). In addition, no animal-derived ingredients are used in the culture process.A certain amount of fat-derived stem cells will be collected to detect the number, survival rate and quality of the cells, and we will confirm whether the specimen belongs to the patient.After the cells are confirmed to be qualified through various tests, they will be sent to the clinic for treatment.

Step.5 Administration

Stem cells are administered via drips or injections.It takes about 1 hour for the stem cells to get into the vein via drips.Another method is local administration by injection.The administration means will be proposed by the doctor.In the case of the 4-time package, the cultured stem cells will be stored in advance (cell banking).The administration is recommended to be conducted every 3 months until the end of the package.

What is cell banking?

If you choose the 4-time package, we will store the stem cells collected and cultured in the first treatment at the processing agency, so there is no need to collect cells again from the second time.

Step.6 After-follow

After the stem cells have been administered, regular inspections will be performed to confirm the changes in the condition of the patient.According to the inspection results, the dosage and frequency of administration will be adjusted.We also provide some advice on home care to meet the needs of patients.
