Personal information refers to information related to a person, including name, home address, date of birth, e-mail address and other descriptions, or numbers, marks, symbols, images, or sounds that can be used to identify a particular person
(Such information is also included as personal information as it can identify a particular person through comparison with other information, even it alone cannot.)

Purpose of the use of personal information

In principle, the clinic will not disclose to any third party the personal information provided by the customer.However, we have the right to disclose your personal information in the following circumstances.

• This information is required to protect an individual’s life, body, and property, but it is difficult to obtain the provider's prior consent.
• This information is very much needed to improve public health or to promote the healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the provider's prior consent.
• It is necessary to cooperate with the state agency or the local public body or the person who accepts the commission to perform the matters stipulated by laws and regulations, and obtaining the prior consent of the provider may hinder the performance.
• In accordance with other laws and regulations, the clinic has an obligation to disclose or provide personal information
• When the user applies to a seminar or event organized by a third party through the clinic, the third party requires personal information.
• When the user purchases or demands the goods or services of the clinic or a third party through the clinic, the third party or the carrier asks for the necessary information.
• The clinic transfers all or part of the business to a third party, or the business of the clinic is transferred to the third party or branch office as the recipient when the clinic sets a branch
• The user’s information is unrecognizable.
• Other circumstances under which the clinic have reasonably judged the disclosure as needed when providing services to users.
